What Our Programs Are Built On
As a native Spanish speaker and after several years of teaching Spanish in public schools, I recognized the need for a program specifically designed for homeschool students—one that prepares them to thrive in real-world and professional contexts.
By integrating my background in Psychology with my Master’s in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language, I developed a program grounded in social-emotional learning, aligned with ACTFL proficiency standards, and delivered through engaging, purposeful instruction that prioritizes the development of communication skills beyond traditional textbook-based exercises.
The program focuses on building confidence, functional language use, and real-life communication, enabling students to move beyond memorization and develop the ability to express themselves meaningfully in Spanish.
